Technical Support Specialist/Field Service Specialist

You will join the Operations team as the person directly responsible for executing the technical activities tied to our products' lifecycle. This role is designed to work in close coordination with the Production Technician, so that both functions can provide mutual coverage during peak workloads, absences, or other business needs — ensuring neither function depends on a single person.
Technical interventions and support
- Carry out installations, configurations, and commissioning of robotic assistants at customer sites
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, identifying and resolving technical hardware and software issues
- Handle technical inquiries by phone or remotely, diagnosing problems and providing effective solutions
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Production support (operational flexibility)
- Take on product assembly tasks whenever business needs require it (production overload, temporary shortage of shop-floor resources, Production Technician absences, etc.), acting as direct backup for this function
- Become familiar with shop-floor assembly processes, procedures, and work instructions, so that this role can step into these tasks with minimal ramp-up time when required
- Coordinate with the Production lead to properly prioritize between field support needs and shop-floor needs at any given time

Training and documentation
- Conduct technical training sessions for customers, distributors, or sales staff to ensure correct product use
- Follow established procedures and work instructions (both for service and, when applicable, for production)
- Generate records of activities performed and, where applicable, document deviations or non-conformities
- Produce basic technical documentation: quick guides, intervention reports, installation or maintenance procedures
